Course Objectives

To best meet the constantly changing and evolving customer demands in today's world, an integration of supply, production and distribution systems is required. The primary goal of logistics managers within this context is to establish an effective supply chain system and thereby make optimal use of organizational resources, increase productivity, minimize costs, and execute supply, production and distribution in a planned, responsive and flexible manner. Towards this goal, various methods, systems and technologies are utilized.
